Reports
Branco generates four types of reports that help you understand your team's engagement, performance, retention risk, and talent distribution — all powered by the feedback and goal data flowing through the platform.
Report types
Engagement
Track feedback activity and team engagement trends. Use this to see who's actively participating in feedback and where engagement might be dropping off.
Performance
View performance signals and identify top contributors. This report pulls from skill and competency feedback to show how your team is tracking against expectations.
Retention
Identify retention trends and potential risks. Declining engagement, stagnant growth, or low feedback frequency can signal a retention risk before it becomes a surprise.
Review retention scores regularly. Cross-reference with 1:1 summaries and feedback trends to catch warning signs early — when you can still do something about it.
9-Boxes View
Visualize your team in a classic potential × performance matrix. The 9-box grid plots each team member into one of nine categories:
| Low Potential | Moderate Potential | High Potential | |
|---|---|---|---|
| High Performer | High Professional | Current Star | Consistent Star |
| Moderate Performer | Solid Professional | Key Player | Future Star |
| Low Performer | Talent Risk | Inconsistent Player | Rough Diamond |
Use this for talent planning, succession conversations, and identifying where to focus your coaching energy.
Feedback History
In addition to reports, you can view your team's complete feedback history through the Feedback Hub:
- Received — Feedback others have given to your direct reports
- Provided — Feedback your direct reports have given to others
- Self — Self-reflections your direct reports have completed
You can also request feedback directly from others through the Feedback Hub.
Dashboards
The Reports page includes collapsible dashboard panels:
- Manager dashboard — Feedback trends scoped to your direct reports, with a user selector to drill into individuals.
- Team dashboard — Aggregated data across your full team.
Detailed drill-down views for each dashboard are being documented. Check back for updates on the charts, filters, and data available in each panel.
Getting the most out of reports
- Check Engagement monthly to make sure your team is participating in feedback.
- Review Performance quarterly (or before calibration conversations) to build a data-backed picture.
- Monitor Retention ongoing — this is the report most likely to surface something urgent.
- Use 9-Boxes for planning — talent reviews, succession discussions, and team restructuring all benefit from this view.
