Your Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It's your personal snapshot — a quick pulse on your strengths, growth areas, and feedback activity.
What's on the dashboard
Strengths & Opportunities
Two cards at the top highlight what you're doing well and where you have room to grow. These are generated from the feedback you've received — the more feedback in the system, the more specific they become.
Feedback trends
Four metric cards track your progress over time:
- Impact on team objectives — How your contributions are tracking against team goals.
- Progress on your action plan — How you're doing on your personal development items.
- Skills — Trends in your role-specific technical skills.
- Competencies — Trends in your company-wide soft skills.
Each card shows a trend line so you can see whether things are moving in the right direction.
Feedback frequency
Three counters at the bottom show your recent activity:
- Feedback received — How much feedback others have given about you.
- Feedback given — How much feedback you've provided to others.
- Self-reflections — How many self-reflections you've completed.
If your feedback frequency numbers are low, that means the system doesn't have much to work with. Responding to the Slack bot, giving feedback to teammates, and doing self-reflections all help build a richer picture of your performance.
What to do with your dashboard
Your dashboard isn't just a passive display — it's a tool for staying on top of your growth:
- Check it weekly to see if anything has changed in your trends or strengths/opportunities.
- Use it before 1:1s as a quick refresher on where you stand.
- Follow the links — click "Go to feedback" to dive into your feedback history, or navigate to your career page and action plan for more detail.
If your trend charts are empty, that just means feedback hasn't started flowing yet. Once the Slack bot begins collecting feedback (and you start participating), your dashboard will populate automatically.
