Branco connects objectives, feedback, and growth into a simple, ongoing flow. Here's how it works from your perspective.


The cycle

1. Goals are set and shared

Your team's objectives are visible in Branco so you can see what the team is working toward and where your work fits in. Key results can be assigned to you directly, so your contributions are tracked.

2. Feedback happens naturally

The Branco Slack bot messages you periodically with short questions about your goals, skills, and competencies. You answer in Slack — it takes a minute or two. Your peers and manager receive similar prompts about you, so feedback flows in both directions without anyone having to schedule a meeting.

3. Your growth is tracked automatically

As feedback accumulates, Branco updates your career page with skill and competency scores, suggests action plan items, and generates monthly 1:1 summaries. You don't have to compile anything — it happens in the background.

4. You can see the big picture

Your dashboard, career page, and action plan give you a clear view of your strengths, growth areas, and progress over time. No surprises at review time.
