Analytics and insights for managers and admins — track engagement, performance, retention, and visualize talent across your team.


What is it?

Reports gives managers and admins a data-driven view of how their teams are doing. It offers four focused report types, plus customizable dashboards for different levels of the organization. Everything here is powered by the feedback, goals, and career data flowing through Branco.

Manager and admin feature

Reports is designed for people managers and administrators. Employees can see their own performance data on their Dashboard and My Career pages.


Report types

Engagement

Explore engagement levels across your team and identify opportunities to improve morale.

Use this report to understand how actively your team is participating in the feedback process, how frequently they're exchanging feedback, and where engagement might be dropping off.


Dashboards

Below the report type cards, three collapsible dashboard panels provide different levels of visibility:

Manager dashboard

A feedback trends view scoped to your direct reports. Use the user selector dropdown to focus on a specific team member and see their trends over time.

Team dashboard

An aggregated view of feedback and performance data across your entire team. Useful for spotting team-wide patterns and comparing across individuals.

Admin dashboard

A company-wide view of feedback and performance data across all teams. Only visible to Branco admins.

How it works by role

As a manager, Reports helps you stay on top of your team's health:

  • Start with Engagement to see who's actively participating in feedback.
  • Check Performance to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Review Retention regularly to catch early warning signs.
  • Use 9-Boxes for talent planning and succession conversations.
  • Open the Manager dashboard to drill into individual team member trends.
Preparing for calibration

Before calibration or talent review meetings, pull up the 9-Boxes View and Performance report to build your case with data. Export or screenshot what you need.

Getting started

  1. Navigate to Reports in the left sidebar.
  2. Click one of the 4 report type cards to explore that dimension.
  3. Scroll down and expand the Manager dashboard to see individual team member trends.
  4. Use the user selector to focus on a specific person.

  • Dashboard — Your personal feedback trends and frequency live here.
  • Feedback Hub — The raw feedback data that powers these reports.
  • My Career — Individual skill and competency scores feed into the Performance report.
  • Team Objectives — Goal completion data factors into engagement and performance metrics.
  • 1 on 1 — Use report insights to drive 1:1 conversations.
