What is it?
Reports gives managers and admins a data-driven view of how their teams are doing. It offers four focused report types, plus customizable dashboards for different levels of the organization. Everything here is powered by the feedback, goals, and career data flowing through Branco.

Engagement
Explore engagement levels across your team and identify opportunities to improve morale.
Use this report to understand how actively your team is participating in the feedback process, how frequently they're exchanging feedback, and where engagement might be dropping off.
Performance
Explore performance levels across your team and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
Use this report to review how team members are tracking against their role expectations, skills, and competencies — and where targeted coaching could make the biggest difference.
Retention
Explore retention scores across your team and avoid surprises.
Use this report to surface early warning signs — like declining engagement, stagnant growth, or low feedback frequency — that might indicate a retention risk before it becomes a problem.
Don't wait for exit interviews. Review retention scores regularly and cross-reference with 1 on 1 summaries to spot patterns early.
9-Boxes View
Visualize your team in a classic potential × performance matrix.
The 9-box grid plots team members based on their performance and potential, giving you a quick visual for talent planning, succession discussions, and identifying high performers or team members who need support.
Dashboards
Below the report type cards, three collapsible dashboard panels provide different levels of visibility:
Manager dashboard
A feedback trends view scoped to your direct reports. Use the user selector dropdown to focus on a specific team member and see their trends over time.
Team dashboard
An aggregated view of feedback and performance data across your entire team. Useful for spotting team-wide patterns and comparing across individuals.
Admin dashboard
A company-wide view of feedback and performance data across all teams. Only visible to Branco admins.

How it works by role

As a manager, Reports helps you stay on top of your team's health:
- Start with Engagement to see who's actively participating in feedback.
- Check Performance to identify coaching opportunities.
- Review Retention regularly to catch early warning signs.
- Use 9-Boxes for talent planning and succession conversations.
- Open the Manager dashboard to drill into individual team member trends.
Before calibration or talent review meetings, pull up the 9-Boxes View and Performance report to build your case with data. Export or screenshot what you need.
As an admin, you have access to everything managers see, plus:
- The Admin dashboard — company-wide data across all teams.
- Cross-team comparisons — switch between teams to compare engagement, performance, and retention patterns.
Use this to identify which teams are thriving, which need support, and where organizational interventions might help.

- Navigate to Reports in the left sidebar.
- Click one of the 4 report type cards to explore that dimension.
- Scroll down and expand the Manager dashboard to see individual team member trends.
- Use the user selector to focus on a specific person.
